Windscreen Frost: a demonstration

More than a month ago, Anita wrote about the shocking revelation that mere water would remove frost from her windscreen.

At least one person expressed skepticism, and we understand the incredulity that might come from the northern latitudes of other continents. So, today, we offer you a video demonstration of this distinctive method. (For those with a fast connection, click on “watch in high quality” at the bottom-right corner of the video.)

As a bonus, you can witness a bit of Anita’s morning routine as she gathers her things and heads out the door. We’ll let the video speak for itself.

You, of course, are welcome to speak for yourselves on this matter. Have you tried it?

Awesome! Glad to see that worked! Granted, I’ll still stick with my icescraper her in Chicago. Regarding the video, I loved the production. It had good background music, and the end credits reminded me a little of the Mutant Enemy bit at the end of all Joss Weldon’s shows.

My dad used to do this all the time when he had ice on his windshield. I’ve seen it work and am a believer. Of course, the temperature in Texas when it ices is a bit milder than in Chicago.
