Taking care of a friend&#8217;s dog, who we&#8217;ll call Sylvester (to protect the innocent).<\/p>\n<p>The dog in question is an adult <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ilainc.com\/LabradoodleHistory.html\">labradoodle<\/a>, and he is a very well-behaved and friendly companion for walks and playing catch.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/bakkerbugle.com\/apps\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Sylvester1.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"311\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1269\" srcset=\"http:\/\/bakkerbugle.com\/apps\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Sylvester1.jpg 500w, http:\/\/bakkerbugle.com\/apps\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/Sylvester1-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are dog parks all over Luxembourg City, but they are the kind of muddy, befouled mess you&#8217;d expect for early spring. Still, it was great fun to play catch without a leash. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Our friend lives atop a hill in Belair, so we&#8217;ve seen two beautiful sunsets as we walked Sylvester between the rain-showers. Someone else has Sylvester until Friday, but then we&#8217;ll have three days with him.<\/p>\n<p>Any ideas on how to amuse ourselves with our new friend?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The excitement this week?
